I am Heather Fillmore. I'm an Embodied Wisdom and Light Language Energy Medicine Practitioner and who supports people in releasing emotional patterns, reconnecting with themselves, and creating meaningful inner change.
My work is grounded, compassionate, and deeply focused on helping you feel more clear, balanced, and at home within your own body and life.
Many of us carry stress, unresolved experiences, and subconscious beliefs that keep us stuck, even when we deeply want to move forward.

What is High Frequency Healing?
Heather Fillmore speaks a high frequency which heals and assists you in knowing your true self. This non-linear communication involves frequencies of sound and light that operate on many levels of consciousness. Healing sessions are personalized, adjusting to your various vibrational needs, and Heather illuminates the way and accompanies you on the intricate path of healing and awakening.
What is a session like?
Conducted via Zoom or in person, the session consists of 3 phases. The first phase is a conversation about you and what you’re currently dealing with. Heather will ask you key questions, as guided by spirit. Her compassionate and down-to-earth nature puts you at ease. Sometimes the focus is re-directed, because your conscious mind may not understand the priorities for your highest healing potential. Not everything is detectable through the five senses or the logical mind. So in order to get the most out of your session, it definitely helps to remain open to possibilities and let go of a need to control. Rest assured, you are safe and are being guided and cared for in unconditional love. The personal content of the session is absolutely confidential. While conversing with Heather, the energy work has already begun. During the second phase of the session, the energy work greatly deepens. During this segment, there is no conversation. You can get comfortable and relaxed to receive the healing that transpires. You may or may not feel or sense things happening in your body. Everyone and every session is unique. When the energy work is complete, the third and final phase of the session begins. During this time, Heather comes back into conversation with you and reports on all the detailed adjustments made during the healing process and the insights conveyed to her. There is so much to share, and for this reason, new clients are asked to book a 90-minute session. ​
How is this different from other healing modalities such as Reiki?
Heather’s healing work is truly unique. It is not a modality per se, and there was no classroom training or organizational certification to be had. It is a God-given gift that has emerged over a number of years (read more about Heather’s story here). This healing work is akin to psychic surgery, infused with and emanating from Infinite Love and Infinite Intelligence. It’s a get-er-done approach that is quite efficient. Heather has been gifted with psychic sight while performing the healing work. She is guided to various areas of the body and shown exactly what is going on and what needs to be done. Her special language comes through her vocal cords at times. Though her conscious mind does not understand or translate the language, there is an energetic conversation taking place within her consciousness. She receives information and acts dutifully upon it. The language also comes in at times to shift the frequency. Words don’t do justice to describe the healing phenomenon and language gift (which, in earlier times, would have been regarded as "speaking in tongues" in certain religious circles).
